All ROOTSSEA Jewelry and accessories are handcrafted in Southern California with the finest materials. To ensure your jewelry stays in great condition, it should always be stored in the provided cotton jewelry bag to prevent natural tarnishing and scratching.

STERLING SILVER

Sterling silver jewelry is best when worn, as the oils from your skin keep the metal from the natural tarnish that occurs. It can be cleaned with the provided jewelry cloth or for a deep clean you can use a mild soap and warm water and a super soft toothbrush or soft cloth for hard to reach areas. Rinse in warm water and dry completely. Then store in our provided jewelry bag when not in use.

14K GOLD FILLED 

14k gold filled jewelry is a great alternative to gold plated jewlery. It has a layer of 14k gold bonded to another base metal so your actually getting a product with a longer life. To clean gold filled jewelry you can use the provided jewlery cloth. For deep cleaning you can use  a mild soap and warm water and a super soft toothbrush or soft cloth for hard to reach areas. Rinse in warm water and dry completely. 

PEARLS

We use AAA grade pearls in all of our designs which means that they are the highest luster quality and should be cared for accordingly. Pearls should be carefully cleaned with the a soft cloth or our provided jewlery cloth. Contact with harsh chemicals and abrasives  should be avoided as pearls surface can be damaged. 

SEA GLASS, SEASHELLS, AND GEMSTONES

Sea glass, seashells, and gemstones can be cleaned with a soft cloth, mild soap, and warm water when necessary. Please avoid harsh chemicals, abrasives, and hard surfaces as this will harm the outer layer of your stones. 

WARRANTY 

All ROOTSSEA jewelry has a 1 year warranty from date of purchase. Repairs within this time frame are free of charge. For all repairs outside of the warranty dates the fee is $50. Additional fees may occur if the repair has missing components ect.
